Clint's journey in recruitment began in 2002, driven by his passion for connecting people with opportunities. He thrives on face-to-face interactions with clients, and his 10-year long background as a qualified plumber through to estimating and contracts management gives him the unique ability to understand and cater to client's needs. Clint has built 4Site into a trusted partner for companies seeking top talent within the construction industry.

Tama’s journey from New Zealand to the UK in 2004 wasn’t without its challenges, but the generosity of others helped him get on his feet - something he now pays forward every day. With five years in construction and over fifteen in recruitment, he’s built what many call “the black book of black books.” Thriving on involvement in London’s most prestigious projects, Tama excels at building relationships, shaping strategy, and is always on hand to make an introduction.

Dan, one of 4Site’s Kiwi-born, rugby-loving Founders, is our Financial Director and Operations lead. Since arriving in London in 2007, he has built 20 years of experience across construction and recruitment, giving the team the tools to smash it. When he’s not crunching numbers or supporting colleagues to achieve their goals, Dan is your go-to for rugby, travel, and architecture.

Julian moved from Australia to the UK in 2015, bringing with him eight years of recruitment experience at the time. Fast forward to today, and he’s built that up to 18 years, now using his expertise at 4Site to solve talent and workforce challenges that keep projects moving. Outside of work, you’ll often find him sailing or swimming with his daughter..

In 2018 Kruiz embarked on a journey from New Zealand to the UK, with a desire to delve into his heritage and travel. Now in the fast paced London scene, you can find Kruiz hitting the courts, keeping his basketball skills sharp. At 4Site, Kruiz thrives on the process of guiding individuals toward career advancement and making a meaningful impact on their professional journeys.

Liam touched down in the UK in 2021, kicking off his adventure in London. Fresh out of university in America, he had a big decision to make: head back home to New Zealand or dive into his English roots. With family ties pulling him in, the UK won out without a second thought! At 4Site, he's the go-to guy on the carpentry desk, hooking people up with the perfect job fits.

Dan left New Zealand and arrived in the UK in June 2023, driven by a desire to travel, meet new people, and step out of his comfort zone. Dan Is the eldest of ten siblings, which has undoubtedly given him a wealth of experience in leadership and teamwork. While living in England, Dan's interests have included travelling, sports, and spending time with his friends. At 4Site, Dan loves working with an amazing team that makes his job both enjoyable and fulfilling.

Taylor returned to the UK in 2024, joining his friends after relocating from his home in New Zealand. Having previously lived here at 18 to play and coach rugby union, Taylor is no stranger to the vibrant life in the UK. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, socialising with friends, and making the most of every moment. At 4Site, Taylor thrives in the lively office environment, spending time with his colleagues, who he considers friends. Within his role, he is dedicated to supporting his TRIBE of candidates with enthusiasm and expertise.

Milly joined 4Site in 2025, bringing with her a strong background as a Resourcer, 360 Resourcer, and Account Manager. As a Senior Client Manager on our Trades & Labour team, she’s dedicated to building lasting relationships and ensuring every client receives exceptional service. Milly takes great pride in matching the right workers to the right projects, always striving to exceed expectations. She finds real satisfaction in knowing her clients trust her expertise and rely on her to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Originally from New Zealand, Conor joined 4Site in 2025. Before joining the team, he worked as an Account Manager at ALH in New Zealand, specialising in commercial fit-out recruitment, and previously gained hands-on experience in civil construction, giving him a strong understanding of the industry. As a Client Manager at 4Site, Conor enjoys supporting clients and ensuring their projects run as smoothly as possible, finding the most reward in matching quality candidates with clients to build reliable, long-term partnerships.

Alina made her way to the UK in 2007 when her family relocated from Romania. Renowned as the 'polyglot' of the office, Alina effortlessly converses in English, Romanian, Spanish, French, and Italian. Working on the labouring desk within the Trades & Labour team, Alina enjoys helping find people work, and being a part of such a fun and dynamic team.

Bringing two years of recruitment experience from New Zealand, he thrives on connecting with candidates, visiting them on-site, and guiding them through their career paths. Outside of work, Bailey is passionate about travel - with a record of exploring 12 countries in just two months, he’s always eager to discover new places and experiences.

Jake is part of our Trades and Labour team as a Candidate Manager, supporting labourers in their job search and helping them find workplaces where they feel happy and valued. Originally from New Zealand, he worked on-site as a Safety Officer at one of the country’s largest oil terminals, giving him hands-on experience with tradespeople and a solid understanding of health and safety. Now based in London, Jake is excited to use that background to connect with candidates and support them in taking the next step in their careers.

Liam, known as 'Gilbo' in the 4Site office arrived in London in 2023. Originally a plumber by trade, Liam is always down for something different and enjoys being off the tools and exploring a role at 4Site which is completely different within a new field. Liam works on the carpentry desk, where he's all about hooking candidates up with carpentry, plumbing or electrical roles.

Heidi is 4Site's German born 'OG', being a core part of 4Site since we began in 2018. After spending some time in Ireland and Germany, Heidi made the move to settle in London in 2015. At 4Site, Heidi is in charge of our Finance & Payroll functions, where she's all about getting things done right. Her main goal is to ensure that everyone at 4Site gets paid on time and that the timesheet process for clients runs smoothly.
