Since our founding in 2018, we have hosted an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each February, a cornerstone event dedicated to reflecting on the past year and setting goals for the future.

The 2024 AGM: A Day of Reflection and Forward Planning

Hosted at 4Site HQ, the 2024 AGM brought together our dedicated team for an afternoon of insights, goals, and celebrations. The planning and organisation of the AGM began well in advance, with contributions from the Founders, the Managing Director, and the Management team.

Team Welcome and a Review of the Year with CEO, Clint Lewis

The meeting kicked off with a warm welcome from CEO Clint Lewis, who highlighted the company’s achievements in 2023. With a turnover of £12m and a GP growth of 34%, 4Site had a remarkable year. Our TRIBE team reached an all-time high of 360 contractors on-site and celebrated five promotions within the team. Clint also outlined the targets for 2024, focusing on further GP growth and on-site numbers.

Insights from Founder, Tama Kingston

Founder Tama Kingston then took the stage to discuss Mindset, Dataset, and Skillset. He guided the team through their individual and collective mindset, emphasising resilience, embracing challenges, and celebrating successes. On the Dataset front, Tama covered TRIBE and client development targets, while the Skillset discussion focused on the capabilities of our candidates and how they interact with clients.

Client Services Overview with Sales Director, Mark Webb

Mark reviewed the Trades and Labour targets for 2023 versus actual performance, highlighting growth and new clients. Mark shared his expertise on strengthening existing client relationships and discussed internal processes to grow and develop the team in 2024. He also unveiled the ambitious Trades and Labour targets for the upcoming year.

TRIBE Support & Hasko’s Mission

Divisional Manager Hasko Wright covered the candidate side for trades & labour, reporting an impressive 90% fill rate for 4Site in 2023 compared to the industry standard of 19%. The TRIBE team succeeded with over 100 same-day replacements and reached an on-site high of 360, up from 90 in 2022. Hasko outlined his mission for 2024, aiming to expand the team from five to eight members and reach an on-site number of 425 while focusing on training and onboarding.

Management Team Insights with Divisional Director, Holly Woodgyer

Divisional Director Holly Woodgyer discussed the white-collar management team’s total revenue growth of 516% in 2023 and the onboarding of new clients. She shared her mission to establish 4Site’s management service in the London market and detailed strategies to achieve this. Holly’s forecast and mission for 2024 were presented in full, offering a roadmap for continued success.

Marketing Overview with Marketing Assistant, Alicia Partner

Marketing Assistant Alicia Partner provided an overview of the marketing side of the business. She shared statistics on 4Site social media marketing, website analytics and discussed the introduction of TRIBE for candidates in 2023. Alicia outlined her mission for 2024 and the upcoming marketing plans to enhance the company’s reach, engagement, and brand image.

The AGM concluded with the presentation of our annual awards, recognizing outstanding contributions from our team members:
